All of a sudden, no warning, no crying, no fever, no swelling, no...well....anything. A bottom tooth has cut through. Discovered by, of course, Mimi! I don't know whether to cry that our baby is growing up so fast or rejoice. I am sure the latter is more appropriate.
Talking with my dad this morning I told him that I had a long talk Austin and explained to him to wait for mommy to be around to do all these wonderful things. I asked Austin to please not be planning for his prom when I got home from work tonight. Grandpa, in all his wisdom states quite simply, "That's exactly how fast it happens." Scary.

that's what happened with Olivia's first molar. She was so whiney and grumpy for a few days and then I stuck my hand in her mouth to pull a piece of paper she was chewing on out and her bite was all of a sudden hurting my finger! I felt around and low and behold there was a whole molar in there! Now it looks like she's chewing a piece of gum all the time, this huge white thing in the back of her mouth.
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO first tooth? He's growing too fast! Time flies, doesn't it!?
Wow, he is growing so fast!!! A tooth already!
